If you cannot access the app, you can submit a formal request via email.

Processing Time
Email requests are processed within 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been successfully purged from our primary systems.
Data Retention
While your personal profile is deleted immediately, certain transactional data (e.g., Account Name) may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with legal and tax obligations.
